If you're coming to the city event “Dotkni se Písku“, make sure to stop by at the Smart Písek representative stall. It can be found in Palackého sady on Friday, August 27th at 2 p.m.
Representatives from the office will give a public presentation on the projects that Smart Psek is currently working on. "It will be a well-known combination of pleasurable and practical," says Miloš Prokýšek, head of the office. "We believe that the public will appreciate our efforts to foster closer ties and will find their way to the city's representative stand. We'll perform additional activities to revive direct communication between the town hall and the inhabitans of Písek," Prokýšek says.
The Smart Písek office staff will be on hand to inform the visitors about the city's participatory budget's second year and how they may get involved. It will also be possible to learn how to use shared bikes which are called “Nextbikes“ or apps that make parking in Písek easier for drivers. The stall will also provide a fantastic opportunity for Smart Písek to discuss with interested parties the proposed vision + CityxChange, which aims to reinvent people's approach to electricity management and provide the city’s inhabitans much more control in this area.
